We bid farewell to Jennie Eads of Seminary, Mississippi, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 31, 2025 at the age of 92. Jennie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Jennie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jennie. Though Jennie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Hughes and Lola Hughes; her husband Forrest Byron Eads; and her daughter-in-law Amerylis Waters. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Waters of Collins and Keith Waters (Sybil) of Seminary. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery (291 Mountain View Church Rd, Union Grove, AL 35175).
