He was predeceased by : his parents, Ance Wallace and Azzie Wallace; and his siblings, Maxine Wallace Kelly, A. W. Wallace, Jr., John Wallace, Aubry Wallace and Bill Wallace.

He is survived by : his wife Gay Nell Wallace of Seminary; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Michael Gill of Seminary; and his granddaughters, Sumer and Katelyn Gill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
