He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Sullivan and Bernice Louise Sullivan (Jones); his brothers, David and Jerry Sullivan; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Patterson Sullivan; his son Adam Sullivan (Hannah Holsinger) of Washington, D. C.; and his brother Terry Sullivan (Mary).
