He is survived by: his wife Sarah Sullivan; his son John Sullivan Jr. (Rebecca Craft); his grandchildren, Reese Sullivan, Jack Sullivan, Thomas Ben Young, Jessica Young Cothran (Sonny) and Chris Hopf; and his great grandchildren, Michaila Cothran, Sarah Cothran and Charlotte Hopf.
