He was predeceased by : his father John Wiley Williams, Sr.. He is survived by : his sons, Levi Williams (Darla) of Seminary and John Lee Williams (LaShell) of Louin; his mother Shelby Walley Williams of Seminary; his sisters, Sue Sanford (Cody) of Seminary and Jane Collins (Zane) of Seminary; and his grandchildren, Archer Williams of Louin and Kyleigh Williams of Seminary. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Billy M. King Colonial Chapel (3202 US 49, Collins, MS 39428). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Emminence Methodist Church Cemetery (1362 MS-535, Seminary, MS 39479).
