He is survived by: his close friend Ruth Starkey; his children, Peggy Tello, Amanda Starkey, Patricia Starkey, Donnie Cobb, Jr. and Timothy Starkey; and his siblings, Pat Cobb, Amanda Cobb, Cindy Ann Cobb, Danny Long, Ricky Cobb, Johnny Cobb and Billy Wayne Cobb. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
