It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Earnestine Edlin of Senatobia, Mississippi, born in Helena, Arkansas, who passed away on August 21, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Floate and Lottie Mae Floate; her husband Floyd Edlin; and her siblings, Stanley Floate, Jerry Wayne Floate, Frances Smart Poss, Mary Ellen Wells and Charlotte Floate Bowlan.

She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Sarten of Olive Branch, MS and Melissa Davis (Newt) of Sardis, MS; her siblings, Joyce English of Coldwater, Dorothy Smith of Wyatte, Sara Lee of Olive Branch, James A. Floate (Bud) of Wyatte and Allen Floate of Olive Branch; her grandchildren, Brian, Brittany, Anna Payton and Will; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Alex, Huntley, Lennon and Blakely.

The family has asked that you practice social distancing and masks are recommended.
