She was predeceased by: her husband Homer "Sonny" Hawthorne; her stepson Mark Hawthorne; and her son-in-law Jerry Polk. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara A. Polk; her stepsons, Greg Hawthorne (Stacy) and Steve Hawthorne (Beverly); her grandchildren, Kim White (Kenny), Sonya Hance, Becky Mockbee (David) and Jerry Polk (Ginger); her great grandchildren, Cody White (Kayla), Caleb White, Myranda Cummings (Phillip), Shai Hance, Kelbi Hance (Cassie), Kelsi Hance (Sky), Lesley Smith (James), Tori Mather, Mckenzie Polk, Mckenna Polk and Mckaylee Polk (Elijah); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Stephanie Hawthorne and Christopher Hawthorne. She is also survived by 22 great great grandchildren.
