She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Perry "Blue" Phillips and Virginia Varner Phillips; and her brother William "Bill" Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Milton J. Cushman; her sons, Matthew Cushman (Jo Ann) and Martin Cushman (Christy); her sister-in-law Pam Phillips; her granddaughters, Annie Kathryn Cushman and Virginia Grace Cushman; her nephew Joseph Phillips; and her niece Lindsey Gilland.
