He is survived by: his friend James; his wife Shirley Spencer; his children, David Spencer (Lindsay) of Morgan City, LA, Allen Spencer (Stefanie) of Parker, CO and Missy Avant (Johnny) of Water Valley; his grandchildren, Jon David Spencer, Bethany Spencer, Austin Spencer, Aubrey Spencer, Ally Avant, Anna Mills Tyler (Reed), Parker Avant, Samantha Billiot, Braden Billiot (Amber), Allie Lombas (Gavin) and Madison Billiot; his great grandchildren, Amelia Spencer, Samuel Hussey, Miles Hussey and Luka Hussey; and his nephews, Chris Spencer (Cassandra), Tommy Spencer (Stephanie) and Brian Spencer (Lauren).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to First Baptist Church of Senatobia.
