He is survived by: his wife Barbara Matheny of Senatobia; his children, Rhonda Burks Gooding (Michael) of Bishopville, SC and Jerry Birmingham of Senatobia; his grandchildren, Haley Birmingham of Senatobia, Cory Burks (Tiffany) of Olive Branch, MS, Stan Burks, Jr. of Senatobia, Jordan Gooding (Hayley) of Olive Branch, Blake Gooding of Southaven, MS and Justin Pattillo of Coldwater, MS; and his brothers, Donald Matheny (Joan) of Illinois and Jerry Lowery of Coldwater, MS. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
