He is survived by: his wife Cayce Wright Starr; his children, Christian Starr Continenza (Daniel) of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, James Elisha Starr of Oxford, MS and Samuel Tucker Starr of Senatobia, MS; his mother Marilyn Canon Starr of Sardis, MS; his sisters, Mary Evelyn Starr of Sledge, MS and Joanna Starr (Richard Philippi) of Flagstaff, AZ; and his granddaughters, Isabella Starr Continenza and Sophia Noelle Continenza.
