He is survived by: his children, Becky Woolfolk (Jerrad) of Senatobia, MS, Lisa Walls (Jason) of Oxford, MS, Jeffrey Small, Jr. of Senatobia, MS, Joshua Aaron Small of Senatobia, MS and Brandon Sherlin of Tennessee; and his brother Wade Penley of Tennessee. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
