She was predeceased by : her husband William Butler, Jr.; her parents, Lucious Davis and Louisa Davis; her siblings, Rosa Lee Frazier, Lucious Davis, Jr., Elijah Davis and Willie Jean Davis; and her grandson Stanley Demetrius Butler.

She is survived by : her children, Beulah B. Davis (Samuel) of Memphis, TN and William Stanley Butler (Linda) of Senatobia, MS; her siblings, Fannie Mae Harris of Waukegan, IL, Minnie Taylor of Chicago, IL, Ira Davis of Memphis, TN and Joel Davis (Bessie Mae) of Sardis, MS; her grandchildren, Christopher Kentrell Butler, Samuel Markel Davis, Jonathan Cantrell Davis and Shanta Latrice Davis; her great grandchildren, Christopher Kai Butler, Aniyah Davis, Jonathan Cantrell Davis, Jr., Malia Davis, Baelee Jones and Daxton Davis; and her close friends, Willie Bass Davis, Mae Catherine Cleveland, Betty Lockett, Bertha Loveberry and Georgia Roseman.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pate-Jones Funeral Home (4174 Hwy 51 S, Senatobia, MS 38668). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Macedonia M. B. Church (17300 MS-4, Senatobia, MS 38668). A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at the Macedonia M. B. Church Cemetery (17300 MS-4, Senatobia, MS 38668).
