She was predeceased by: her husband Hoyte Franklin Hunter; her daughters, Becky "Angel" Willard and Diane "Cheyenne" Light; her parents, William "Happy Jack" Goin and Annie Goin; and her siblings, Flora Rines, Marie Taylor, Larry Byrd, Bill Goin, Raymond Goin and Marvin Goin.

She is survived by: her daughter Betty Sue "Dallas" Atar of Tunica, MS; and her sister Jo Ann Pettit. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
