She was predeceased by: her husband Hunter C. Phillips; her sons, Buddy Phillips and Jamey Phillips; her parents, Pres Frazier and Beulah Frazier; and her grandson Kenny Phillips.

She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Cummins (Jim). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
