She is survived by : her daughter Lillian "Lillie" Bella Hickey; her parents, Danny Hickey and Joan Hickey; her siblings, Jeanie Baker, Darrell "Dano" Hickey (Leyna) and Jesse Hickey (Linda); her aunts, Linda Tatum, Deana Hunsucker and Charlotte Farris; her nephews, Cannon Hickey and Sully Hickey; and her niece Savanna Hickey. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Lily Mae Foundation in Melissa's honor.
