He was predeceased by: his wife Floy A. Patrick; his parents, Bernard Patrick and Edna Patrick; and his siblings, Bonne Mae Billingsley, Wilma Clanton, Doris Billinglsey, Lois Lance, Ruth Clanton, Roger Patrick and Jack Patrick.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Gail Owens, Charles Gary Patrick (Sandy) and Raymond Mark Patrick (Tara); and his brother Nelson Patrick. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
