He was predeceased by: his wife Mignon Miller Eoff. He is survived by: his daughters, Charlotte Latham (Robert) and Becky Johnson; and his grandchildren, Robert Latham III (Amy), Steve Latham, Josh Johnson (Katie) and Carly Weeks (Bobby). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
