He is survived by: his wife Connie Grantham Smith; his siblings, Vicky Freeman (Wendal), Tony Smith, Jimmy Grantham (Mickey) and Willie Grantham; and his siblings' children, Jake Smith (Lissa), Jason Smith (Goldie), Walt Freeman (Anna), David Freeman (Lauren), Daniel Gallagher (Paige) and Cindy West (Jeff).
