He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stanford and Frances Stanford; his sister Carol Muntz; and his daughter Kristen Goyette (KK). He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen; his grandson Weslynn Goyette; his brothers, Mike Stanford (Debbie) and Bobby Akins (Dale); Hunter, Jeffrey, Michael, Zaden and Dalton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Independence Methodist Church (198 Sycamore Rd, Coldwater, MS 38618). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
