She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Miller and Eliza Beatrice Shaw Miller; her siblings, Marguerite Holland, Frank Miller, James Miller, Earnest Peter Miller, William Miller, Ida Ruth Raspberry, Adlena Crockett, Nancy Sorrell, Anna Williams, Vivian Hughes, Velois Miller Brown, Geneva Trice, Matthew Miller and Bernice Givhan; her siblings-in-law, Loverta Myles (Thomas), Otis Lee "Happy" Jones Sr., Leroy Fells, Tobe Buchanan, Donell Jones and William Jones; and her children-in-law, Sherry Jones and Roderick G. Caples.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Carl Z. Jones; her children, Phyllis Monique Caples of Allen, TX, Marcia Jones of Shannon, MS, Carl Anthony (Carla), Marcus Jones of Nashville, TN and Kerry (Nikkia); and her siblings-in-law, Margie Fells, Verlean Buchanan, Constance Williams of Mishawaka, IN, Patricia Jones of Verona, MS, Willie Jones, Jimmy Lee Jones (Joyce) and James Jones. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, church members, and friends.
