In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Wilodyne's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Robert Schumpert and Willard D'area Johnston Schumpert; her husband Eugene Barnett; her daughter-in-law Lisa Barnett; and her great grandchild Mackenzie Irving.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Barnett (Lisa) of Winona, Pam Golding (Tee) of Winona, Donald Barnett of Orlando and Stephanie Barnett of Shannon. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pegues Funeral Directors (535 W Jefferson St, Tupelo, MS 38804). A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Brewer Cemetery (280 County Rd 805, Shannon, MS 38868).
In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests donations be made to a church or favorite charity of the donor's choice.
