She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Paul Daniels Sr.; her son Joe Paul Daniels Jr.; her parents, Adin Sasser and Lois Sasser; her siblings, Nell Chadwell and Billy Sasser; and her granddaughter Julie Byrd.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Daniels (Carol) and Carla Byrd; her grandchildren, Lee Daniels (Dennie), Spencer Daniels, Maggie Watts (Nathan) and Alli Byrd; and her sisters, Joyce Cooley and Lexie Davis.
