He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Clinton Vestal and Gertrude Vestal; his wife Lena Vestal; and his siblings, Gene Vestal, Oliver Clinton Vestal, Jr., Gail Burchfield, Nell Blassingame, Loyce Brock and Joyce Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
