He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Wooley Jefcoat and Ruth Boyd Jefcoat; and his brother Tommy Wayne Jefcoat. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Reed Jefcoat of Shaw; his children, Gigi McMurray (Matt), Jere Myers (Paul), Jodi Ervin (Todd), Justin Jefcoat (Amanda) and Tombo Jefcoat (Elizabeth); his sisters, Carolyn Martin (Johnny) and Linda Powers; his grandchildren, Matthew McMurray (Meg), Josh McMurray, Sam McMurray, Joy Morgan Spencer (Reynolds), Brown Myers, Brewer Myers, Anna Todd Ervin, Dan Ervin, John Ervin, Ann Lamar Jefcoat, Reagan Coleman and Grant Coleman; and his great grandchildren, Truitt McMurray and Charlie McMurray.
