Edgar leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Edgar’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine Riley (Hiatt) and Edgar Ray Riley; his daughter Stephanie Riley; and his brothers, Charles Alton "PeeWee" Riley and Larry Hugh Riley.
He is survived by: his daughter Tanya Riley; his siblings, James Van Riley, Paula Manasco (David), Patty R Combest and Lisa Harris (Ray); and his grandchildren, Destiny Zoglemann, Christian Zoglemann and Christine Driver. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the DeSoto Baptist Church (62 Jasper St, Shubuta, MS 39360).
