He was predeceased by : his parents, Ras Lee Toney, Sr. and Lillian B. "Patsy" Toney. He is survived by : his brothers, Ras Lee "Buddy" Toney, Jr. (Pat) of Brandon, MS and Barry S. Toney of Dallas, TX; his niece Brielle Pepper (Brad) of Flora, MS; and his great-nephew Finley Ras Pepper of Flora, MS..
