He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse O. Turnage and Dortha Sills Turnage; his son-in-law Eric VanSinderen; his sister Katie Bell Mullins; and his father-in-law John E. Bryan.
He is survived by: his children, Renada Gable (Donald) of Silver Creek, Leslie VanSinderen of Silver Creek and Wayne Turnage, Jr. (Betty) of New Hebron; his close friend Beth Bryan of New Hebron; his sister Jessie Marie Stephens of Silver Creek; his mother-in-law Elizabeth Riley Bryan of New Hebron; his grandchildren, Jacob, Justin, Courtney, Briana (Josh), Eric, Hayden, Hannah, Jesse and Joseph; and his great grandchildren, Harley, Holden and Halford.
