He is survived by: his wife Eva Ratcliff of Silver Creek, MS; and his children, Jimmy Ratcliff (Shelly) and Pam Ratcliff Plisko (Andrew). He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren.
