She was predeceased by: her parents, Rankin Evans and Floy Evans; her husband Raymond Fortenberry; and her siblings, Evelyn Tucker and Jim Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Fortenberry (Beverly) of Silver Creek, Phillip Fortenberry (Lori Ann) of Hazlehurst, Becky Jennings (Andy) of Portland and Angelia Sanders of Silver Creek. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
