He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mullins and Sippie Dampier Mullins; his children, Will Mullins and Mandy Clark; and his siblings, Jerry Mullins and Jane Prestridge.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy Hunt (Scott) of New Hebron and Cindy Welch (Charles) of New Hebron; his wife Marilyn Mullins of Brookhaven; and his siblings, Gladys Hodges of New Hebron and Charlie Mullins of Silver Creek. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
His stellar contributions to law enforcement will forever be remembered by those whose lives he touched during his career.
