He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Coward Barron; his sons, Keith A. Dunnam (Connie) and James Michael Dunnam (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Boyd Dunnam (Brooke), Brooke Toler (Slade), Kellie Dunnam, Casie Vincent, Jason Byrd (Becky), Amanda Cook, John Barron Dunnam (Emily) and Meghan Dunnam; and his niece Kristi Barron. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
