She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hayes and Ethel Sanders; her husband Roger Cletus Rushing; her sisters, Betty Boyd, Alice Stevens, Nita Wigley and Debbie O'Neal; her brothers-in-law, James Steven and James Boyd; and her nephews, Jimmy Boyd and Aaron Zacharias.
She is survived by: her son Jimmy R. Rushing (Hope); her grandchildren, Roger W. Rushing (Mandy), Amanda Anderson (Prentiss), Ashleigh Moore (Corey) and Coner W. Rushing; and her great grandchildren, Paisley, Paxton Anderson, Oliver and Amelia Rushing.
