She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack S. Smith and Ethel T. Smith; and her siblings, Alice Faye Steele and Jack Smith Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Spring (Polly) and Phillip Spring (Pam); her grandchildren, Jessica S. Freeman (Jeff), Clint Spring (Kelli), Conner Spring (Amber) and Shannon Spring (Melissa); and her sister Evelyn Hilton. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
