She is survived by: her daughter Sandy (Lewis); her grandchild Kris; her daughters, Meagan, Blaze and MayLynn; her grandchildren, Chase and Kendall; her great grandchild Kason; and her caregivers, Keariea Hilton, Janice Jones and Rickey Nicholson.
