Payne of Southaven, Mississippi, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on May 14, 2026, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Richard. He is survived by: his mother Jerrie; his wife Sandra Leigh; his children, Brandon, Heather, Clairissa and Olivia; and his sister Tracy (Gary). He is also survived by many other family members and special friends.
