He is survived by: his children, Monique Sims (Shawn) and William Mark Blackburn (Luisa Garcia-Soler); his grandchildren, Loren Hunsucker (Brent), Timothy Sims, Amy Perkins (Tanner), Todd Blackburn, Bethany Blackburn and David Blackburn; and his close friends, Sydney White, Ken Davis, Cowboy and Robert Scott. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
