He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Purtle and Shirley Ann Purtle; and his brother Richard Brown. He is survived by: his wife Donna Purtle; his daughters, Amanda Purtle and Lauren Purtle; and his sisters, Sharon Erickson and Deborah Bohne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
