It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Hampton of Southaven, Mississippi, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Huntley Steele and Dorothy Mae Zachary; her mother-in-law Jane Crew Hampton; and her sister-in-law Diana E. Sanders. She is survived by: her husband Maury John Hampton of Southaven, MS; her daughter Laura Ann Hampton Wester (Brett) of Panama City, FL; her granddaughter Claire Kathryn Wester; and her brothers, James Huntley Steele, Jr. (Linda) of Olive Branch, MS and John Allen Steele of Hernando, MS. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
