She was predeceased by: her parents, James Costilow and Alma Costilow; her husband Ralph Blaylock; her brothers, Clarence Costilow and Millard Costilow; and her son Dan Blaylock.
She is survived by: her daughters, Yvonne Richardson, Lorene Ufferman (Doug), Patricia Langford (Ken) and Karen Blaylock; her grandchildren, Yvette Booth (Ryan), James Michael Richardson (Casey), Kristin Adams (Josh), Brandon Blaylock (Sarah), Courtney Bowen (Russell), Brett Blaylock, Jared Ufferman (Lauren), Rachel Durham (Jake), Aaron Langford and Zachary Langford (Clara); her great grandchildren, Luke Jackson, Elizabeth Jackson, Caleb Jackson, Michael Richardson, Emma Richardson, Easton Richardson, Blue Bonnett Richardson, Matthew Blaylock, Gracie Adams, Barrett Adams, Josiah Adams, Soren Blaylock, Ransom Blaylock, Rosie Bowen and Knox Ufferman; and her close friend Shirley Bishop.
