He is survived by: his wife Emlie Perkins of Southaven, MS; his sons, John D. Perkins of Southaven, MS and Steven D. Perkins (Christy) of Hernando, MS; his brothers, Paul Perkins (Shirley) of Saltillo, MS and Frank Perkins of Sardis, MS; his grandchildren, Caroline Perkins, Reed Perkins, Eli Perkins and Erica Connelly (Damien); and his great grandchildren, Isaac and Baylee Connelly.
