He was predeceased by: his parents, May Gladys Essary and Robert A. Essary; and his brothers, Bobby and Jody Essary. He is survived by: his wife Bethel Essary of Southaven, MS; his children, Starla Medders (Chris) of Braselton, GA, Billy Peppers (Shari) of Salisbury, NC and Shane Essary of Los Angeles, CA; his brother Johnny Essary of Tipton County, TN; his sister-in-law Sandra Essary of Millington, TN; his sister Lisa Watson of Nashville, TN; and his grandchildren, Ashley Shrodes (Kevin) of Kennesaw, GA, Garrett and Cameron Peppers of Fuquay-Varina, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
