He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cheryl Tubbs Cooper; his daughters, Leslie Cooper Townsend (Ted), Georgia Cooper Spragg and Connie Rasberry; his granddaughters, Megan Rasberry and Sophie Townsend; his great grandchild Molly Elizabeth Cooper; his half-brother Will Cooper of Phoenix, AZ; his granddaughter-in-law Liz Cooper; his parents, J. R. Cooper and Thelma Cooper; his siblings, Larry Cooper, Janet Cooper Bullock and Johnny Cooper; and his grandson Jesse Cooper. He was also cherished by relatives and friends.
