He was predeceased by: his parents, Bowie Evans Blackburn and Marilyn Swanson. He is survived by: his wife Laura Arellano Blackburn of Southaven, MS; his sons, William Henry Blackburn of Memphis, TN, Benjamin Lee Blackburn of Athens, GA and Daniel David Blackburn (Seyma) of Seattle, WA; and his brother Bowie Evans Blackburn (Hollis).
