He is survived by: his wife Carol Brannon; his children, Vicky Lynn Rouse, Joe Frank Brannon Jr. (Tina) and Teresa Brannon; his stepdaughter Patty McGlaughlin (Ron); his children-in-law, Terry Holcomb and Shelia Marcus; his grandchildren, Jana Brannon, Brittney Justus (Jonathan), Daniel Elmore, Jerry Dise, Stephanie Yeager, Christina Parsley, Alicia Beavers, Joe F. Brannon III (Brandi), Tamara Brannon, David Elmore Jr., Shan Brannon, Jessica Marcus, Lindsey Marcus, Maryanna Yaegar, Chris McLaughlin (Megan) and Mike McLaughlin (Erica); and his great great grandchildren, Mila Ann Justus, Ivy Joe Justus, David Elmore III, Lilly Elmore, Cam Randolph, Caleb Randolph, Taylor Dise, Logan Beavers and Landon Beavers.
