It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Lynn Taylor of Southaven, Mississippi, born in Grenada, Mississippi, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Jenkins Taylor and Ida Irene Gray Taylor; his daughter Jennifer Lynn Taylor; and his wife Mary Jean Sykes Taylor. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Sykes Taylor (Vicki) of Southaven; his granddaughter Mary Horton Taylor of Southaven; and his brothers, Eugene "Gene" Taylor of New Albany and Gary Taylor (Melodie) of Bentonia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
