He is survived by: his wife Margaret McSpadden; his sons, Jeff Proctor (Melissa) and James Ryan Proctor; his grandson Toby Proctor; and his siblings-in-law, Trudy Allmon, Mary Ellen McSpadden and Chip Settle (Amy). He is also survived by many loving cousins, and friends.
