He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Pharr and Bea Pharr. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his son Neil Pharr; his grandson Taylor Pharr; and his siblings, Bea Lynn Tucker (Keith) and Kenny Pharr (Ruth Anne).
