He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Burnham and Grace Peasley; his siblings, Ruth Keller and John Burnham; and his grandson Joe Burnham.
He is survived by: his former wife Norma Fowlkes (Jeannie); his wife Jeannie Burnham; his daughters, Debbie Madison, Linda Burnham and Cindy Kirylo; his stepdaughter Cindy Fowlkes; and his siblings, Ptti Mullins, Jim and Richard Burnham. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great- grandchildren.
